30 Days Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the day when the item is received for refund, sorry, we DO NOT refund freight charge. Free shipped items will be charged $5.99 for original shipping when they are returned. Special order, final sale merchandise, customized or personalized item such as engraved merchandise COULD NOT be returned. Jewelry that shows sign of wear, has been altered (not by or damaged in any way COULD NOT be accepted for return. Refund will be in the original form of payment.

To return item(s) to, please see our four step process:

  • Login to your account click My Account -> View Order Status -> View Order Detail, on the right panel, under Your Order, click Return Item(s). Select Return Reason and Return Action, put your comments in text area. Submit your return request. You will receive an email for your return request.
  • Place all the original packaging in your return package.
  • Ship it via any carrier to the address indicated below. Please be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Sorry, we will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change a shipment for any reason, please e-mail us at and make sure to include your order number as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. We can not change or cancel a shipment once it has already entered the shipping process.
If you want to cancel the purchase order after the shipment, please make sure you check out and follow our item return policy listed above. we do have 7 day money back return policy reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
